Lang Gon Tashi Choeling Monastery
Lang Gompa was founded by Nasar Lama Loday Gyaltsen probably at the end of the fourteenth century.

Samling Monastery
Nestled in Bhijer Village, Upper Dolpo, Samling Monastery( Yangton Gonpa) is a historic Bonpo monastery founded by Gyaltsen Rinchen nearly nine centuries ago. This sacred site features significant images, including the Bon expositor Khritstug Gyalba, and documents highlighting support from Chinese emperors. With 22 unique stupas, including walk-through portal types, Yangton Gonpa serves as a meditative sanctuary for the victorious Yangal lineage. Recognized as a chief monastery, it has hosted numerous visiting disciples and maintained strong ties with principal monasteries in Tibet and Lubra. Nasar Monastery
Nasar Gompa was founded at the beginning of the thirteenth century by Tsugna Rinchen, a lama of the Sakya Khon family. Tsugna Rinchen shot an arrow from the Nyan la (pass) to find out where to stay in the newly discovered valley in front of him a common element of narration in Himalayan foundation myths. The arrow pierced a mouse, killing it, and thus he called his new home byi gcer. Tsugna Rinchen constructed a gompa, and it was during his time that Grubthob Senge Yese visited Bicher. The latter consecrated and inaugurated the gompa and called it Nasar. This must have been in the year 1220,when Grubthob Senge Yese came from Mount Kailash for the first time to Crystal Mountain in Shey.

Bonpo Lhakhang
Bonpo Lakhang is a monastery affiliated to Bon religion located at the Northern aspects of the Vijer valley. It has great history and date back to 12th century with huge volumes of Bon scriptures.
